Many different options here. From a smaller amount ( percentage of your yearly pay) to something much larger (equalling a cpl years of pays worth in one lump sum. Not expensive at all. Just a cpl dollars from each paycheck and my kids will have nothing to worry about financially. Hertz is big for offering peace of mind to customers as well as their employees.
