The Hexcel 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan offers a convenient, tax-advantaged way for you to save for retirement (applicable for employees at most U.S. locations).

• Hexcel matches 50% of each pre-tax dollar you contribute on the first 6% of pay that you defer to your plan.
• Hexcel shares company profits with all eligible employees through discretionary annual profit sharing contributions to the Retirement Savings Plan.
• Hexcel provides a contribution equal to 2% of your eligible earnings into your account on a biweekly basis in addition to the matching and profit sharing contributions.
