Expensive and not really helpful (choosing the HD plan) unless you have a very expensive medical cost year. It is good that they chip in on the HSA amount for every employee who chooses the HD plan.

Several plans that are all pretty good. High deductible with HSA probably best, includes 1000 employer contribution, low premiums, 10% co-insurance on in-network after deductible.
