401K Plan

Basic 401 plan.....has changed companies over the years.

The company 401K match has consistently decreased each year. I expect it will be even further decreased, or even eliminated in 2016; I don't intend to stick around to find out!

It's a decent plan. Mercer has great service, and is easy to work with. The company does offer a contribution match up to 5%. I like that you can re-allocate, check your account balance or request a loan via Highmark's employee website.

Generous match, offer internal classes to help you own you financial future. Take advantage and ask questions.

Decent plan. If you use the max the match option its pretty good. The trade off if the eliminated the pension plan.
