Reasonably priced insurance with lots of innovative benefits. Always need to pay attention to network as it does change from time to time.

The best thing about Highmark Health is the "thinkUP" program, which is modernizing the way that people work. The worst thing about Highmark Health is their addiction to hierarchy and persistence in standing on ceremony. Although they have adopted Agile in some parts of the business, they have a long way to go. There is a huge gap between how managers and individual contributors are valued and exposed to growth and development. This combination causes them to overlook strong talent.

If you go through your annual check ups, the health insurance is dirt cheap to employees

Best : Given two Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plans to choose from, including a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both medical plans include prescription drug coverage.
Worst: EPO plans require that you use in-network providers for all services other than emergency care.

The Best thing is there's a good network with good doctors and broad coverage. The worst is the deductible and costs keep going up - like everything!
