The hilton employee discount is pretty good. Its tiered depending on the hotel and there are blackout dates but i have been able to use it a variety of times in the past.

Hotels start at $35/night, no resort charge, fast pass to gold level which gives you $25/night credit at top tier hotels for up to two guests a room and half off restaurants on site when you book with the team member rate. I do wish they’d also take care of parking since it goes up to $80/day or more but you can get away with it depending on the agent. Just don’t expect to be living in the best hiltons around the world, there’s no team member rates for those which is understandable.
