The Team Member Travel Program was my favorite thing about working for Hilton. I'll miss it greatly! The TMTP offers deeply, deeply discounted rates at Hilton's full portfolio of brands to all team members. Team members can also add 'Family & Friends's to their account and they can book discounted rooms as well. Hilton provides a generous allotment of discounted rooms per employee a year. I also loved that the TMTP provided special discounts on food & drink at the hotels themselves. It was always fun to meet other team members from around the world when staying at a property.
