401K Plan

My only complaint with this benefit was my own personal comprehension of it overall. An expert met with all employees, explained, answered any and all questions. But I felt kinda disappointed with the companies (corporate) "take it or leave it" attitude about the 401 k being the one and only option as any sort of actual benefits package offered. I feel like some sort of loyalty level package should be offered. Like at 2 years a basic Heath/insurance package, then at 5 years, a meatier package offered. 10 years and so on and so forth.
