If you work the morning shift you get to eat breakfast, given it is not too busy! And I mean the hotel's breakfast that they offer, for free! This was with my hotel, so it might be different at others. The food was actually good too. Sometimes we were even brought lunch! During the evening shift, especially for busy nights, management would sometimes order pizza for everyone.
Again I think I got very lucky with the hotel I worked with, because management was awesome, but I'm going to rate this highly because of what I experienced. It might be the same at others.
