Two of the health insurance options have high deductibles that pay 0% until you've paid the deductible. So all office visits are your responsibility up until you've met the deductible. However, out of pocket max is not too far off from the deductible.

They still have a fantastic health insurance plan that is relatively cheap by the month and has a very low deductible.
