I don't take many sick days, so this is not something about which I would comment.

The company does not specify how many sick days you get. But I assure you, any of them are unpaid. They do not care about your health. If you want to work for them, you are expected to work whether you are sick or not. They really don't care if you have the flu or any other contagious disease....it is all about the money.
