Normal everyday Discount 10% and 20% four times a year, and that are if they remember to inform their employees. Customers get a better discount for complaining about seeing a speck of dust on an item they want a discount on.

It's only 10%. Sure, it's better than nothing. But 20-25% off would make all of us HomeGoods Happy!

It's not very high due to their low margin of off price product. 20% off 4 times per year.

Would be nice if it was a higher percentage

Though the employee discount is only 10% most of the year. the merchandise prices are far lower than any other retailer.

The 10% discount is hardly worth working there. If you don’t mind the work environment, you may get lucky with one of the special times when employees get 20%.
