Their job training varies by position. There on boarding is a joke for leadership roles. They provide decent RBT training but expect RBTs to do the 40 hours of training unpaid. If you are an RBT run away from this company.

Up front it appears you get great training. Then they pass you over to your clinic and its a hot mess of just figuring everything out on your own.
