Sick days and PTO days are essentially the same. If you call in sick, you are required to use PTO until it is exhausted. Once you are out of PTO, you receive no more sick days.

They don't give you sick days. They get mad when your sick or have to be off due to illness, but upper management can take weeks off because of it.

They say they offer sick days, but end up writing up employees for missing work - even though senior management, recruiting and HR staff are NEVER in the office for some unknown reason, usually has to do with their long commutes to work.
