Commuter Checks & Assistance

We have a hotline we can call when we have computer issues. They have recently fired the the whole American team and replaced them with outsourced people who struggle to follow the conversation and help so most of the company tries to avoid calling that team as much as possible and either let’s issues go on as long as they can do without or try to find a way around them to get the help they need. We have a lot of foreign employees and this is usually not a problem other than the help desk level one.
