Too high deductibles; good employee premiums

Pretty standard. Not what I'd expect from and insurance company.

Low cost, high coverage, pharmacies are great

This is the only thing dragging down Humana's benefit package. The high deductible makes their insurance almost useless and you find yourself not wanting to go to the doctor. In addition, their Biometric screening is hard to do if your not in an urban environment and they charge you if it's not done.

Affordable even as a PT employee

Awful - high premiums, high deductibles, narrow networks, and heavy use of utilization management. Worst health benefits I've had in my professional career.
