Great when you can get comp days; employee discount can be good too.

Can be great, especially if you find the right place at the right time of year. Plus the connections all over the world help.

The discounts could have been better because it is so expensive to rent rooms here.

It's nice to get comp rooms, but they are based on availability. Even with the discounted associate rate it's not bad.

12 Compensated nights at Hyatts around the world. Employee rates on hotel rooms all the time and 50% off of Food and Beverage or other outlets at all hotels when you stay.

Discounts at Hyatt hotels is better then my previous brand, Hilton. Unfortunately their poor PTO policy (only 5 days PTO AFTER one year of service even for experiences management hires) does not give you much time to enjoy the hotel discounts available.
