Doesn't cover a lot. The prices are very high and covers and pays out very little

Aetna Health Insurance. You can pick from a 90/10, 80/20, or 60/40 plan. I always had the 80/20 plan where the insurance pays 80% and I pay 20%. Co-pay around $35. Co-pay seemed to go up each year.
