Very good health insurance, going beyond standard insurance in Italy. It covers also the employee's family. Typically expenses are paid by the employee and then claims reimbursed within one month. In some cases the expenses are paid directly by the insurance.

There are no real perks in IBM. You get something in between 600 and 1200 € based on your annual score but nothings more.

It's like a barrack: people just do what they have expected to do, putting any effort to support new colleagues. I'm definitely missing my previous job, even if it was not the best in the world.

Vacation days are a lot and this is a plus. You have an health insurance but it is too expensive. You can have the car but you have to pay the leasing and it is not so cheap in order to your salary.

There is a good offer from health and vacation point of view, but it's hard to increase the salary.

Health insurance at a low contribution for employee but great reimbursement for each medical service. Car leasing at high contribution for employee.
