Work From Home

Ah, the ability to work from home! This was one of the greatest benefits, and it was made very easy with conference calls with the team, and instant messaging. This led to a very flexible schedule.

Very flexible work from home policy (at least 1 day a week)

Strong work from home company culture. I feel productive and able to have work life balance.

Would have given it a 5 star rating, but they recently changed their policy to no-remote working. While I personally like to be in the office - as a parent, working from home was one of the great perks IBM used to offer.

Most of the managers here support Work and Life balance.

IBM was quick to offer this, before other companies. And now that they booked years of savings (in terms of office space), they are starting to pull back on this benefit.

Depended entirely on your position manager and how liked you were

Work from home is allowed provided the demands of the current project are satisfied and there is a shared understanding between coworkers on a project.

For consultant depends on the project.
