The weekly cost and out of pocket are high for the level of coverage provided. Meets the requirement of having health insurance as long as you don't need to use it.

Great for me, as I started 6 years ago with a full-blown PPO under UnitedHealthcare. They are not offering anymore, but allowing us to keep if we had prior to 2014. But they have to good managed care CDHPs with UnitedHealthcare. (The only problem is if you are over 65 years old, you cannot have a HSA, which negates most of the benefit of CDHP.) But I am glad to be able to keep my PPO.

ICF does a good job offering different packages with varying cost to best fit families and their budgets
