Overall, the health Insurance plan is good!

ICF provides comprehensive health insurance with various plan options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Some of my co-workers complained about the premiums and deductibles being high, especially for family plans.

I have very low out of pocket costs with Kaiser Permanente.
