You can have sick days off by using something called my days, or there is just quite the flexibility whenever it comes to scheduling and there's a huge understanding whenever you are not feeling well but there's no pressure to come in, you work when you are well, and you stay home and you focus on yourself when you're sick

There is no one to cover for sick employees and no pay for sick time off.

The best thing about the IGA sick days were, they would always help you find someone to cover your shift for you. It was never a hassle.
