Very racist institution. Look like the slave plantation with whites on managerial positions and blacks on the lower jobs: security guard, secretary, cooks, mail man and so. More than 70 years of existence all Managing Directors all Whites! All Directors Whites except 1. Inside just a racist and secret society setting. No recruitment of blacks or Africans. Even in the so-called African Department: one Black person as Director then all Whites Deputy Directors( about 4) All Whites Division Chief(about14), all Whites Deputy Division Chief, 99% Whites Mission Chief, 100% Whites Senior Personal Managers in charge of recruiting. No simply qualified black men recruited. Every black man recruited is a free mason first or agreed to join the Free Mason secret society and get sodomized by another man to work at the IMF. Brilliant African economists are not recruited even if they successfully passed the Panel Interview with high mark, if they refuse sodomy or joining the secret Free Masonry lodges they don't get recruited. What a waste for the world to have the IFM ruling the world. No christian and God believer black man should waste his time applying for a job at the IFM, unless you are ready to sell your soul to the Devil: which I don't recommend, stay true to your Lord and stay away from the Devils of the IMF.
