6 visits paid for mental health counseling, but it truly is not private as some department will always have access to these records, like Employee Health and Senior Management. Really no privacy should be expected.

I've never used it. I wanted to use it to get counseling of for my teen, but I don't have enough time to take her because of the PTO situation, and on top of that, I couldn't even figure out how to use it. I logged into my account, and there was no where that gives you instructions on how to use it. It's a moot point since I don't have time to take her anyhow.

The EAP is typical. Most people don't use it.
