very poor health benefits. closed network cannot choose providers outside . Once integris over took Deaconess they forced me chsnge my Primary care. My integris primary care has no human or religious consideration. I end up going out of network become self pay. I was sick during my vaccation insurance did not cover my medical insurance because in NYC my medical emergency hospitals is not Integris network.

Way to expensive for a family. You would be better off in an Exchange that would offer more choices

I had health insurance, didnt really use it for anything. Healthy young adult. For coworkers whom I was aware had health concerns, this was the best insurance coverage the OKC metro offered. So that good.

Integris owns the insurance. There are many flexible options, which are throughly discussed during new employee orientation.

Pro: Exceptional coverage of great quality care for families at low cost.
Con: Company self-insures so all care must be at company facilities/providers for in-network coverage. There is a buy up option.
