Most offerings are high deductible plans, and they don't offer any HSA funding (but there is an HSA plan)

Quintiles offered the full plan for insurance with great coverage. Family cost portion was very reasonable.

In the 2 years I've worked here the health benefit has decreased significantly. Both PPO and High-Deductible/HSA have high premiums. Most employers put some sort of funding into the annual HSA but here its $0. The new insurer, Aetna, has poor customer service compared to the prior insurer, Cigna.

High deductibles, low coverage, high copays. Taking a pay cut and becoming eligible for the ACA might be a better outcome

Do not subscribe to the heath benefit plan as it is not as good as some of the other companies. Go through spouse for it.

Good insurance plan. For employee alone, it is pretty affordable. If you want to include the family, it could get expensive
