Retirement plan is better than most out there the 401k type part has a 5% match which is about average compared to other plans I have had elsewhere.

Thrift Savings Plan is transferrable to other govt agencies if you decide to leave and go to another govt agency and you can leave money in there if you dont. There is another retirement you see your money going into but I dont understand how to see about that one
