ISF uses Fidelity as their custodian, which is nice. You want Fidelity. They're one of the good ones. There are limited options for hardship withdrawals. The 401(k) match is capped at around $2,500/year which is the lowest I have ever seen. The cherry on top is the 5 (FIVE!!1!) year vesting schedule.
