ISF covers the full premium cost for Florida Blue (aka BCBS) PPO insurance. It's very good insurance from what I can tell, above average based on what I've had in the past. This is their one and only offering, however, so no HDHP options and no HSA (you aren't even allowed to contribute to your personal HSA account if you are covered by a PPO heath insurance plan). If you're in your twenties and healthy, ideally you have an HDHP and max out the HSA contribution each year, and then invest that in an index fund so that when you're 60, you might not have to worry about where you're going to get $10k (inflation!) for a root canal. Heed my advice, Gen Z.
