IST Medical is way to expensive for regular hourly employees being paid $10-$11 an hour as their contributions would be $125-$150 per check.

If you get IST health insurance you deserve every negative thing that happens to you in life. The rates they offer from their insurance plans are astronomical. I'm sure its not that bad on the operations side of things. But for service specialists, and Site Managers it is insulting what they offer.
