Good standard Health Insurance program. They have a few options.

The worst thing is the consistent increase to cost of healthcare passed along to the employee.

Very high deductible plans only. HR says they are only offering these plans because, "The workforce has too many claims in past years that could have been avoided (ex. heart programs, etc.)." I thought this was a weird thing from someone to HR to share during the annual benefits meeting

The Health Benefits were a bit expensive

surprisingly expensive. PTO is the worst part. 3 weeks to cover sick and vacation. carryover is limited to 40 hours. And they will not pay you for your accrued vacation time when you separate from the company.

There arent many options, but its provided and if you get HSA/FSA, they match you.

at my age I really appreciate the benefits they compare to Hewlett Packard a lot

the healthcare benefits are expensive and the plans aren't competitive

Monthly premiums are increasing across the market and pushing people towards high deductible plans; which are thankfully packed with an HSA and a company match as added incentives.
