Index is a fully remote team, but there is a nice office you can go in to if needed. There are occasional on site meetings but always include great food and lots of snack available

You can work from home a lot. If you are a manager you do need to be in the office more, but you do not need to be there "9-5" unless it is needed. The company certainly understands if you need to be remote for a couple days for whatever your personal needs are.
