The management is vary bad, if you deployed in client location, just work like a orphan. no body cares and no hike you will get. only get a mail "please fill the timesheet" from manager. Its look like fulltime employement but actually they are providing two types of notice period. one is those are working for inside infinite is 2 month notice. and those are working in client location is 1 month, so they can easily remove you within some time, if client cancel the contract. In covid pandemic every IT company is in profit, but if you ask for hike they will give you excuse for covid. In client location employees will get hike after 2 years, but the amout is 2% to 5%. Please make sure before joining.
