Out of the offered salary the net salary if when grossed up then there is no matchup to the gross salary. Due to the employment constraint and job market situations today I have never questioned this and just forwarded one mail to the HR. But no reply from HR on that issue. Now I am facing a hectic situations in getting the new job in another company since already resigned due to the management indirect policies of removing staffs. The new HR remarks that after deducting pf,pt with pf employers contribution the net must show the balance figure but in my payslips given by ICS Bangalore there's a huge difference even though insurance LIPs considering. The new HR simply remarks that my payslips has been just deducted not by LIP s. But on sum assured on some internal logical payrolls technically. But how it can be like that. In an big esteemed organization.

I joined as freshers and was offered a package of 2.8 LPA, first hike was of 1 Lakh which was good for a 1 year experienced employee although it wasn't as per industry standards. They used to deduct 15K annually for medical benefits. Work culture is good as they arrange inter company games also. You will get only 1.75 leaves per month i.e. 21 earned leaves for whole year and no other leaves like casual or sick leaves which isn't a good idea.
