Family Medical Leave

I received FMLA when I had my child and I was off for 6 months unpaid. I know a lot of older men and woman who have this and use it frequently. BUT sometimes certain people get denied and they are very upset. They explain to me that they proved they have a medical condition and submitted all paperwork and still get denied for one reason or another. I think if the woman I the office who is in charge of this (not naming names) likes you, then she's happy to work with you. But if you get on her bad side, then she's mean and NOT willing to work with you.
