The trainers are often pulled in different directions. Once, a trainer had to attend a meeting when she was in the middle of a training class.

They always train communicators for every call they take. (unless you have been there for years and are pretty good at taking calls, they throw you on without training, if they don't have they time or money to train) Everyone loves training since you don't have to be taking calls, it's a nice break. They defiantly don't monitor or fire trainers (or demote them) if they are mean and nasty to the people they are training. So some trainers are alsome and the others are mean. Their have been people who QUIT because the trainer at that time was soooo mean and picking on them when it was absolutely NOT necessary. If your not keeping up with the sales they expect of you, they train you by speaking with you about the calls you take and try to help you be better.
