Maternity & Paternity Leave

They give the employee really as long as you would like to be off. You get approved for the FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) which means they cant fire you and you can be gone for 3 full months. I was off 6 months and came back to my same base rate. So that was nice. They allow you to pump breast milk if you breastfeed as well, which is nice to get off the phones twice a day for 15 mins. to do that in a private room in the gym. You DONT get paid to leave though.
