They are very flexible about what schedule you want to work. But you can only work 28 hours, 32, hours or 40 hours. No other option! I worked five 8-hour days, then 6 days a week, then three 13.5 hour days. I changed mine a lot. I liked the three 13.5 hour days since I was off 4 days a week. I hated working five 8-hr days, I felt like I had no life. Anyway, they are open 8-11 pm and you choose what you want. They defiantly could keep more employees if they let them work 20 hours! I known people who quit because they wanted 20 hours and were told no. 99% of the telemarketers hate working there, they complain to each other all day. (Of course the supervisors and trainers and office staff don't because their not on the phones making money for the company with their sales) Therefore, a lot of people would tolerate working there if they could work less than 28 hours.
