The paid time off was generous. However working from home employees may or may not be eligible.

You are guaranteed a week vacation for every 6 months of employment which is not something that you would get everywhere.

A person just starting with the company has to wait a year before they get any vacation time; and the most a person can ever get with the company, no matter how long he or she is there, is four weeks. Their logic: "If we can do without you for four weeks, we can do without you for good." No wonder the CEO has such a low approval rating.

They give 2 paid weeks a year for vacation. You get 1 week every 6 months. If your full time. If your part time just 1 weeks paid vacation a year. Plus you get sick days and PTO days paid off as well. Most people use their vacation days quickly since they cant stand being there. You can check what time you have left on the computer, so easy access. If you work there for 5 years, you get a 3rd week of paid vacation a year, that's the limit. People who have been there 4 years, even though they hate it and complain about their job daily, they stay to get that 3 weeks of paid vacation every year.
