good 401k plan for the first year and then it gets to be not good after. Recommendation Don't put a whole lot in your 401k the second year and keep the most to yourself. And if a real emergency happens and you need cash don't bother cashing that 401k out there are restrictions and the only time they allow you to take out money is when being evicted, or a medical emergency. Starvation does not count for paying off a loan as an emergency or exception.
