Terrible insurance plan, didn't even give me free scaling or any medical check ups. After getting laid off, they didn't even close my 401K account.

Best : Learning platform, Structure, Hierarchy of management, Team Gathering, Office Activities
Could be better as per age of organization(Not sure when it happens in future) : HR support in term of employee's movement in same country, Health insurance policies are not employee centric, Salary structure for every JL's, Project and skill mapping for above JL5, Manager's team bonding, Office interior, amenities, options, instructor led trainings, Team bonding

Benefits are really expensive and do not cover much. Our out of pocket costs are extremely high no matter which plan you choose. There is no retirement plan even if you work here 30 years. Paid time off is limited - no more than 3 weeks max no matter how long you've worked here. The 401(k) is okay - they match but they pass along all fees to employees and it's even up to us to monitor our own contribution limits.
