PTO is very low, since it generates very low, as you don't get it right away, you need to keep working to generate hours, however, they do have sick leave, and holiday leave, however, you get to choose which holidays to take leave, depending on the contractor you're placed with.

You only get 10 days of pto and health plan is quite expensive
