We're able to pick whichever doctors we prefer through in and out of network options. We can also select AFLAC coverage.

Best aspect for me personally was the HRA with deductible assistance

Overall it is pretty good. It is a high deductible plan, but the HRA pretty much covers the deductible. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is there is not much choice and you will have quite a lot of expenses if you have a major medical event.
