Only offered to full time employees and I was kept part time so they did not have to offer the benefit package to me. 90 percent of employees were kept at part time so Ingles did not have to offer the benefits. Offering them benefits would cost the company money and their supervisors and higher ups do not care about employees, even though they talk to you like they do.
