401K Plan

The 401K plan is decent but the match is much less than other relative companies. The actual plan and options are good and the loan options are very suitable. In addition, the ease of making changes and reviewing investments is simple and can be accessed via a phone application.

Ingram Micro's matching level is lower than other companies I have experience with.

There is no disadvantage to the Ingram Micro 401K plan, other than they only match 2.5% if you put 5% in. I have worked at other establishments where they match up to 3% percent if you put 6% in.

You will get good rate of return in your investment.

They have good options in the portfolio and company match is on pace with many of the large companies I am familiar with.

Box of popsicles with each paycheck is a nice perk.
