Pretty standard. Match dollar for dollar up to 3% and since they gutted our pension program will put an additional 3.5% in your 401k as well. So if you just put the 3% in you'll actually end up with 9.5% of your gross going into your 401k plan. This is not bad considering the company pays a decent wage and there's plenty of overtime to be had. One can easily put $10000 in their 401k, per year, by just contributing 3% of their wages.

They provides one of the best Benefit Plan I have ever seen. I'm not sure I'm able to get deeply to details, but the 401K lan from Ingredion is really good
