The best thing is you have several coverage options and typically a major network.
The worst thing is claims are not administered by the big names. For example, you may use the network of Aetna providers but the claims have to go to a different claims processor. Stay on top of any claims as Doctor's offices may submit accidentally to Aetna instead of the alternate administrators
