Our 401k is thru Fidelity. I've had previous 401k plans with them and their website is easy to navigate. I've worked for small companies in the past where the 401k plan is thru a company I've never heard of, which doesn't instill confidence. I'm glad the Innovative plan is thru a well-known investment company. The only negative I can think of is the vesting period. It's 5 years, which is a bit longer than my last company (which was 3 years). But I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon so it's probably irrelevant!
