I only gave it this because I never enrolled. So I don’t know how good it is.

401k match was not bad and health insurance was Cigna health which is relatively competitive

sub par offering, Not consistent with publicly trader organization in todays world

employee matching maximum was 3 percent

Work was sporadic so contributions were also sporadic.

You rarely get to actually work to put any money into it. I've only worked 6 days in 4 months. I do not have the 401k plan because of this. It's kind of pointless.

Company matches 4% for 5%.

They would send you 2-3 hours out your geocode area with no travel time to work 2 - 4 hours of work. When you get there you might have to go back home because the site cancelled your job. Inovalon will give you a hard time about giving you the travel time for that day

Low % match and poor communication on plans offerings.
